If an issue arises, we provide remote troubleshooting first to get you back up and running quickly. If a hardware fault requires workshop repair, we handle the courier collection and repair process.

For UK mainland delivery, systems are secured internally with expandable foam packaging, double-boxed, and shipped via fully insured, tracked courier (calculated at dispatch, typically £15–£30).

Custom commission builds typically take 1 to 2 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch. This allows us to source the highest-value components directly, assemble with clean cable routing, and conduct thorough thermal and stability testing.
