Shipping policy

Custom systems are built, configured, and stress-tested within 1–3 business days prior to dispatch.

Courier & Tracking: We ship via fully tracked and insured mainland UK couriers (e.g., DPD / Parcelforce 24/48). A tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch.

Transit Inspection: Please inspect the outer packaging on arrival. If there is visible exterior box damage, take clear photos before opening and notify us within 48 hours.
